Er mwyn byw yn iach, mae hi’n bwysig i fwyta diet cytbwys, wneud ymarfer corff bob dydd a chael amser i ymlacio- amser jyst i fod!  Beth am geisio gweithgaredd ymlacio byr?

To live healthily, it is important to eat a balanced diet, exercise every day and have time to relax - time just to be!  What about trying a short relaxation activity?
